cakhermanlink.com – Tepat pada hari jum’at, tanggal 06 Juni 2025 SD Muhammadiyah 4 Zamzam Sukodono Sidoarjo melaksanakan penyembelihan hewan kurban dengan jumlah 1 ekor sapi dan 9 ekor kambing. Kegiatan penyembelihan di mulai pukul 07.15 – 09.30 WIB. Mulai dari penyembelihan hewan kambing dan sapi hingga selesai. Dalam kegiatan ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas 2 yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pembelajaran secara langsung terhadap kegiatan kurban, sehingga para siswa dapat menyaksikan mulai dari penyembelihan, pengulitan, pemotongan, penimbangan, pembungkusan dan pendistribusian. Mereka semua merasa senang karena dapat melihat langsung penyembelihan hewan kurban di SD Muhammadiyah 4 Zamzam dan mereka dibekali materi tentang kisah keteladanan Nabi Ibrahim dan Nabi Ismail a.s dalam melaksanakan kurban.
Kegiatan ini bertemakan “Berkolaborasi dalam kebaikan, menghadirkan rasa kepedulian”. Dalam kegiatan ini mengajak siswa siswa untuk berinfak dan sedekah guna melatih mereka dalam berkurban mulai sejak dini. Dengan demikian mereka dapat menghadirkan rasa kepedulian terhadap sesema. Ini adalah bagian dari pendidikan yang diterapkan di SD Muhammadiyah 4 Zamzam Sidoarjo. Setelah selesai penyembelihan dan materi yang diberikan, siswa siswa istirahat dan makan bakso bersama dengan teman-temannya di kelas masing-masing. Semua siswa sangat semangat dan antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini, karena baru pertama kali mengikuti kegitan tersebut di sekolah.
Berkurban adalah bagian dari ibadah untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah, meneladani pengorbanan Nabi Ibrahim dan Ismail a.s. Hal ini sebagaimana firman Allah dalam Al-Qur’an surat Ash-Shafat ayat 102 yang artinya : Maka tatkala anak itu sampai (pada umur sanggup) berusaha bersama-sama Ibrahim, Ibrahim berkata: “Hai anakku sesungguhnya aku melihat dalam mimpi bahwa aku menyembelihmu. Maka fikirkanlah apa pendapatmu!” Ia menjawab: “Hai bapakku, kerjakanlah apa yang diperintahkan kepadamu; insya Allah kamu akan mendapatiku termasuk orang-orang yang sabar”. Dengan berkurban dapat mengajarkan cinta kepada Allah harus lebih besar daripada cinta kepada harta yang kita miliki, dan menyisihkan sebagian harta untuk membeli hewan kurban dapat melatih keikhlasan dan pengorbanan diri seorang hamba terhadap nilai-nilai Islam serta dapat menghadirkan rasa kepedulian terhadap sesama.
