Memang sejatinya pendidikan tingkat sekolah dasar adalah pilihan terbaik orang tua untuk menyekolahkan putra putrinya dalam menimba ilmu, sehingga peminatnya adalah sangat banyak dan bahkan saat ini sekolah swasta membuat strategi penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) dengan sistem inden. Tentunya dengan adanya sistem inden ini, calon walimurid dapat memilih sekolah terbaik dan terjangkau secara pembiayaan, sehingga dengan mudah dapat mengambil formulir pendaftaran di setiap sekolah yang ada di Indonesia.

SD Muhammadiyah 4 Zamzam yang terletak di desa Jumputrejo kecamatan Sukodono ini merupakan sekolah terbaik bagi semua walimurid, karena yang letaknya sangat strategis dan jauh dari kebisingan bunyi kendaraan, membuat sekolah ini nyaman dan aman untuk menjadi pilihan utama menyekolahkan putra putrinya. Sekolah ini sudah sangat lengkap dari segi fasilitas yang ada, sehingga semua peserta didik merasa nyaman dan senang sekolah disini.  Ini adalah satu-satunya sekolah Muhammadiyah yang ada di kecamatan Sukodono Sidoarjo. Sekolah ini sangat megah dan mewah dengan fasilitas gedung berlantai 3, dikelilingi sawah dan perumahan di area sekitar sekolah. SD Muhammadiyah 4 Zamzam sesuai dengan visi sekolah yaitu; Qurani, mandiri dan berprestasi. Dari visi sekolah sebagaimana tersebut diatas, SD Muhammadiyah 4 Zamzam mencanangkan tiga pilar pengembangan di sekolah, yaitu; pengembangan nilai Islam/Qurani, pengembangan prestasi, dan pengembangan Skill peserta didik. Ketiga kata kunci inilah yang kemudian di kembangkan sebagai titik tolak perubahan, inovasi, dan pembaharuan dalam rangka pengembangan sekolah menuju akselerasi kualitas sekolah yang diinginkan.

Pelaksanaan dan penerapan nilai-nilai Islami yang diwujudkan secara konsisten dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran dalam rangka mewujudkan pemahaman yang menyeluruh, serta kesadaran sepenuhnya dalam melaksanakan ajaran agama Islam sesuai dengan Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadist. Peningkatan prestasi dan kualitas pendidikan dan pembelajaran di bidang akademik ini diharapkan dapat mengantarkan peserta didik dalam mencapai prestasi yang maksimal dengan mengembangkan budaya disiplin, etos kerja yang tinggi, serta semangat berprestasi seluruh warga sekolah. Setiap anak terlahir dengan potensi, bakat dan kehebatannya masing-masing, SD Muhammadiyah 4 Zamzam mewadahi dan mengembangkan setiap bakat dan potensi peserta didik secara optimal untuk menjadi prestasi yang maksimal, serta melatih kemandirian dan keberanian peserta didik melalui program pengembangan diri (Skill).

Program-program yang telah dibuat akan dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan terus menerus, maka kemudian menjadi habit dan menjadi pembiasaan bagi warga sekolah, sehingga ini adalah kunci keberhasilan sekolah. Pelaksanaan pembiasaan disesuaikan dengan waktu yang telah dijadwalkan oleh sekolah. Tentu hal ini harus ada dukungan penuh dari seluruh warga sekolah, dengan mengembangkan budaya disiplin, etos kerja yang tinggi, serta semangat berprestasi seluruh warga sekolah. Pelaksanaan dan penerapan nilai-nilai Islami, adalah hal pertama dan sangat penting yang diwujudkan dalam proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran di SD Muhammadiyah 4 Zamzam. Konsistensi dalam melaksanakan nilai-nilai Islami adalah kunci keberhasilan sekolah ini. Oleh karena itu, setiap kegiatan sekolah, baik dalam bidang akademik maupun non akademik, dilaksanakan dalam rangka mewujudkan pemahaman yang menyeluruh, serta kesadaran sepenuhnya dalam melaksanakan ajaran agama Islam sesuai dengan Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits.
